Knell looks confused.
Knell: Eh?! But... why? It ain't far enough for all that.
We see the backs of Devere and Bill the unicorn as they remain standing nearby.
Devere: I need to go into town later so I gotta bring him anyway. Thought you could keep your feet off the wet ground for longer while in them bag shoes.
Knell smiles and looks away, feigning uncertainty.
Knell: Well... I dunno...
Devere continues to calmly explain.
Devere: It'll just be you ridin'. I'll stay on foot and lead--
Knell: Okay!
Knell suddenly runs past Devere and up to Bill before Devere can finish his sentence, a trail of pink hearts of love following her path.
Knell attempts to climb up on the enormous unicorn's back without Devere's assistance. She only manages to grab hold of the saddle and now helplessly dangles from it. Bill is startled by her actions but thankfully doesn't move much.
Bill: Rrr?!
Devere: Oh, that's a fine way to get yourself trampled, youngin'!
Knell: I-I can do it!
Devere: Cut that out and let me lift ya!
