I also had planned to make art for the Magic page before posting it, but I’m too slow at getting stuff done and got impatient. 😛 Perhaps eventually.

Sissy, though still smiling slightly, remains uncomfortable and drops eye contact with Jed.
Sissy: I-I'm sorry, you're very kind, but I don't really drink.
Suddenly Jed loses his patience and gets right in Sissy's face.
Jed: Ugh, always an excuse! What, one of the lowly everyfolk ain't good enough for ya?
Sissy: I didn't say that, Jed!
The canary on Sissy's shoulder is startled by Jed and flutters, almost flying away.
Jed backs off slightly but continues to give Sissy a hard time. Sissy herself is looking upset.
Jed: Maybe I'll just stop comin' here all together!
As Jed continues to go off, Sissy notices something coming up behind him (and so does her canary) and looks surprised.
Jed: You ain't the only healer, and ya definitely ain't the prettiest girl.
Suddenly we see Devere's arm yanking Jed backwards by his shoulder. Jed looks caught off guard.
Sissy: Ah Devere don't-
With a "pttoo" sound, Devere spits right on Jed's cheek.
