EDIT: Changed the old title cover into the Chapter 1 cover instead of the simple text page it was before. I’d still like to tweak and add some details to this old art, but it’ll be done at a later time.

The chapter 1 cover art of Knell. At the top the text says "Chapter 1: Resting Place". The art includes the necromancer character Devere carrying 8-year-old Knell to keep her out of the waters of a sunken graveyard. The water is almost up to his knees. The area is full of gravestones, some partly underwater, and the atmosphere has a green, hazy look with lines of trees in the far back. There are fireflies all around, a skull floating in the water, and the skeletal remains of someone stuck in a nearby tree.
