Tyrus suddenly raises his axe.
Tyrus: In that case, seein' as he already--
Knell goes white as a sheet at the sight.
Tyrus slams the axe down into the tree stump where he was chopping wood with a loud CHOK.
Tyrus: --FED you...
Knell pants, both relieved and still processing the threat with the axe.
Tyrus (off screen): ...then you don't need any breakfast, do ya?
Tyrus has picked up the carrier full of chopped wood and is now heading towards the cabin. Knell stands still, watching him go.
Tyrus: And since you're so keen on runnin' around outside... you can stay out here 'til I'm finished eatin'.
Tyrus, having opened the door, is now entering the cabin. Knell runs up behind him.
Knell: D-Daddy, at least lemme get my--
Tyrus slams the door in her face.
Knell stares defeated at the door. There's a clicking noise, hinting that Tyrus has locked it.
Knell: ...shoes.
Tyrus: In that case, seein' as he already--
