Skeletons lift Knell out of the water. Devere is sitting on the bank nearby.
The skeletons, having moved to the bank, hand Knell to Devere. Knell coughs up some of the dirty water as she's passed to him.
Knell: *gag* *koff*
Devere is now holding Knell and looks at her with a concerned expression. His green eyes are glowing brighter from using his magic to control the skeletons. Knell is nearly unconscious but moans from choking on the water and her illness.
Knell: Nnnnhh
Devere: Shit...
A shot of Devere's lower legs as he walks back towards his house carrying Knell. Behind him we see the bridge - the man that was there is now gone.
