Miriam silently makes her way up the stairs as music goes on in the next room. The colors of her world are still muted.
Miriam suddenly stops and turns slightly, her eyes overshadowed. The colors start to fade back into vibrancy.
Miriam: If I am such a walking curse...
Miriam turns her head towards the room she was pulled from and yells angrily, tears in her eyes. The colors of her world have returned.
Miriam: Then let everyone in that room who insulted me die as well!
Miriam spots something and her expression shifts to one of surprise.
Florian is standing in the doorway to the stairwell and is slightly pushing back the curtains that hang there out of his line of sight. He's staring straight at Miriam and seemingly overheard her what she just said.
A closer shot of Florian reveals that he has a very sinister grin on his face, as if amused by her words.
